Roberto Alexandre Vieira Ribeiro (李義), born 20 March 1949, is a Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal, described as the longest serving judge on that court. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1990 and is a patron of the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. His judicial career began with appointment as a Recorder of the High Court in 1997, followed by appointment as Judge of the High Court in 1999, promotion to Justice of Appeal in 2000, and appointment as a Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal the same year. He received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2019, having lectured there in law from 1972.

Roberto Alexandre Vieira Ribeiro (Chinese: 李義, born 20 March 1949) is a Hong Kong judge and honorary lecturer in law at the University of Hong Kong. He is currently one of the three permanent judges for the Court of Final Appeal in Hong Kong, and is the longest serving judge in that court.
