Johnson Lam Man-hon (林文瀚) is a Permanent Judge of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal, a position reflected in the registry record covering the period from 2021 to 2026. He was called to the Bar in Hong Kong in 1984 and was in private practice from 1985, having attended the University of Hong Kong in 1983 and 1984. He was appointed Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court in 2003 and served as President of the Lands Tribunal from 2003 to 2009. In 2011 he was appointed Judge in charge of the Constitutional and Administrative Law List, was elevated to the Court of Appeal in 2012, and continued in that List role until his appointment as Vice President of the Court of Appeal on 2 September 2013. He was appointed by the Chief Executive as a member of the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong for three years effective 1 September 2021.
