The Honourable Mr Justice Aarif Tyebjee Barma (鮑晏明) is a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Hong Kong. He was called to the Bar at Middle Temple in 1983 and to the Hong Kong Bar later that year, having obtained a BA from Oxford in 1981 and a BCL in 1982. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2002, became a Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court of Hong Kong in September 2003, took charge of the Admiralty List in 2012, and was appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal in November 2012.
