Susan Kwan Shuk-hing (關淑馨), born in 1954, is a Hong Kong judge who has served as a Vice President of the Court of Appeal since April 2019 — the first woman to hold that office. She received an LLB in 1977 and a PCLL in 1978 from the University of Hong Kong, was called to the Bar in 1979, and practised as a barrister in private practice until 1999, including service with the Bar Association from 1996 to 1999. She was appointed Deputy Registrar of the High Court in 1999, a Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court in 2001, and Judge in charge of the Companies and Bankruptcy List in 2002, before being elevated to the Court of Appeal in 2009.
