Frank Stock, GBS (司徒敬) has sat as a Non-Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal, a position to which he was appointed in 2010 following service as Solicitor General of Hong Kong from 1987 to 1991, appointment as a full-time judge of the High Court of Justice (later the Court of First Instance) from 1992, elevation to the Court of Appeal in October 2000, and appointment as Vice President of the Court of Appeal on 7 July 2009. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a law degree, was called to the Bar in 1984 and took silk in 1985.
