The liquidators of Tom Ip & Partners successfully appealed against the dismissal of their application to examine P&T International Inc. in winding-up proceedings. P&T sought costs against the Liquidators for delay in prosecuting the appeal, but the Court of Appeal found the delay had not increased costs and dismissed P&T's summons with costs.
