RE DIAN LESTARI AND ANOTHER

Indonesian applicants Dian Lestari (1st applicant) and her child Dian Lestari Askana Shaki (2nd applicant) sought leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal. The Court of Appeal had previously dismissed the 1st applicant's appeal but allowed the 2nd applicant's appeal in the non-refoulement case. The Court of Appeal (Chow JA and Cheng J) dismissed the 1st applicant's notice of motion.
